1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Smokers Anarchy ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or

subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree,

please do not use the site or services.

2. LEGAL NOTICE - COMPLIANCE WITH SOUTH AFRICAN LAW

Smokers Anarchy operates within the confines of South African law, including:

The Constitutional Court ruling of 2018 permitting private, personal use of cannabis by adults.
​​
No sale of cannabis (the plant material itself) takes place on this platform. We only supply accessories, paraphernalia,
and other cannabis-related products, excluding any THC-containing material unless legally permitted.

All products are intended for private, personal use only
​​
 
By using this website, you confirm that:
​
- You are 18 years or older.
​
- You are aware of and will comply with the applicable South African laws.
​
- You understand that Smokers Anarchy does not condone or facilitate illegal distribution or consumption of cannabis.

3. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

- All purchases require an active paid membership of R100/month.
​
- Without an active membership, you may not access or purchase any products from Smokers Anarchy.
​
- Your subscription will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled prior to renewal.
​
- Inactivity for more than 2 consecutive months may result in account termination.
 
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

4. ORDERING & DELIVERY

- Deliveries are made to verified South African addresses only.
​
- Proof of age (18+) is required upon delivery.
 
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that do not meet our requirements.

5. PRODUCT USAGE

- All products are sold for private, legal use only. They may not be resold or used in a manner that violates South African
law.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- You breach these Terms.
​
- Your subscription lapses for two months.
​
- We suspect unlawful activity.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or from any legal consequences
resulting from their misuse.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

We comply with POPIA. Your personal data is secure and will not be shared except as required for delivery or by law.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
